Sida is supporting the modernization process and the health system reform in Nicaragua, through the technical and financial support of the PROSILAIS. The project is based in strategies of the local health system, community primary care oriented, decentralization of the health management, social participation and gender sensitivity. As the project completed two phases from 1992 to 1999, Sida established an independent mission with the purpose to assess the outcomes and sustainability of the PROSILAIS and to explore the possibility to continue support for a third phase.

El proyecto Éxito Nicaragua ha concluido por lo que ya no es posible publicar nuevos materiales en este sitio web. Sin embargo el sitio continuará en la red durante todo el 2011 y luego será guardado en los archivos de Asdi.
